Description
A personal tracker for the small things someone means to do regularly. The Owner defines each habit with a schedule — every day, on chosen weekdays, or a number of times a week — checks it off on the days they do it, and follows the streak and history it builds. A habit can be paused for a while and resumed with its history intact. An optional weekly reflection reads the week back and may suggest one schedule adjustment, which the Owner accepts or dismisses.
Intent
People who set out to do something regularly tend to give up after a missed day, because most trackers count a rest day or a break as a failure. Here a streak counts only the days a habit was meant to happen, a pause keeps everything, and the Owner can make an over-ambitious schedule realistic without losing the record they built.
Limitations
Deliberate exclusions or constraints of the Product.
Habits are private to their one Owner. There is no sharing, social accountability or coaching.
A habit is done or not done on a day, so a check-in holds nothing to edit; a wrong day is unchecked. There are no quantities, timers, notes or habits to avoid.
The Product sends no reminders or notifications; the Owner comes to it.
A language model writes each weekly reflection's summary and drafts its suggested adjustment, and it may be wrong; the Owner decides every suggestion. While it is unavailable, a reflection carries its consistency figures alone and everything else works.
The Owner signs in with an existing account; signing up and managing accounts are not part of this product.
